LESSONS INFORMATION & POLICIES

ABOUT OUR LESSONS

Located in Hilliard Florida, The Ranch at Traders Hill offers lessons in basic riding, trail riding, obstacle challenges, barrel racing and pole bending. Lessons are for students ages 5 and up.

We also offer a pony riding program for younger children interested in the horse experience.

Each lesson is 1 hour long, including learning to properly groom and saddle your horse. Typically after riding care can run overtime.

Each student is taught to understand all aspects of the horse experience including but not limited to:

● Grooming

● Saddling

● After ride care Lesson horses are provided unless you have your own and would like to trailer in.

Students are required to wear closed-toed shoes and pants, boots and jeans preferred. Please no midriff or cutoff shirts and all tops must be appropriate. No spaghetti strap tank tops or low-cut attire.

All students under 18 are required to wear a helmet, you may bring your own or one is provided.

An advanced lesson program is available for all students aspiring to ride on our Barrel Racing Show Team.

LESSONS PRICING

● Riding Lessons $55.00 per hour

     ○ Average of $220 a month for one lesson weekly

     ○ Average of $440 a month for two lessons weekly

● Advanced Barrel Racing Lessons / Program $70.00 Per Hour
     ○ Average of $280.00 a month for one lesson weekly

     ○ Average of $560.00 a month for two lessons weekly

LESSON BILLING & CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are accepted through our QuickBooks system.

You will receive an invoice via email...click the link and submit payment.

Starting January 1st of 2022 all lessons & services will be invoiced on the 25th of each month for that month.

Payment must be received on or before the last day of each month. You will NOT receive services for the next month until payment has been received.

     - Your monthly pay period will be from the 25th - 30th/31st of every month.

     - We would appreciate a 12 hour notice prior to canceling.

     - If you cancel within 2 hours of your lesson you will be charged.

     - No call/no shows will be charged for your lesson hour.

We want to be respectful of your time as well as the time of our lesson instructors.
