PRICING

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Annual membership dues for the Ranch at Traders Hill are as follows:

  • $150 for individual membership

  • Add additional point eligible member $25 (Ranch Membership Includes Ride Night Series)

Saddle Series Membership ​dues are as follows:

  • $50 per rider 

FACILITY RENTAL RATES

Cabin Rental

  • $100 per night (members only)

  • $50 cleaning fee per stay

 

Suites and Yellow House Rental

  • $200 per night (member)

  • $50 cleaning fee per stay

 

Clubhouse Rental

  • $250 per day (member)

 

RV Hook Ups (Water & Electric)

  • $25 per night

 

RV Hook Ups (Water, Electric, & Sewer)

  • $30 per night

 

Stalls and Guest Paddocks

  • $25 per night

  • $30 per night for us to clean the stalls

RIDE NIGHTS, SADDLE SERIES, MONDAY BLUES ROPING PRACTICE, ROUND ROBIN SADDLE SERIES, AND OPEN ARENA PRICING

Saddle Series (4D Format)

  • $50 Individual Membership Fee (per rider)

  • $40 Open Entry Fee (Per Adult Rider) (Cash Only)​

  • Payouts: Open

    • $1,000 added with 75 riders

    • $500 added with 50 riders

  • $20 Youth (Per Rider)

  • Payout: Youth

    • $100 added

  • $10 Pewee  (Per Pewee Rider-10 years old and under)​

  • Open Poles $20 entry fee

  • Exhibitions $5 each

  • Office Fee $5 per rider 

 

Ride Nights Series

  • $150 Included in Ranch Membership

  • $25 per additional point eligible rider

  • $20 Entry Fee  (Cash Only)

 

Monday Blues Roping Practice 

  • $150 Included in Ranch Membership

  • $30 Entry Fee Per Member (Cash Only)

  • $35 Entry Fee Per Nonmember (Cash Only)

Round Robin Saddle Series 

  • $100 Individual Membership Fee

  • $200 a man

  • 3 head progressive round robin 

  • taking 15/15

Open Arena 5pm - 7:30pm

  • $150 Included in Ranch Membership

  • $20

RIDING LESSONS

  •  Haul in Lessons: Outdoor Horsemanship $45 per session          Barrel Lessons $65 per session

  • In House and Lease Lessons: Outdoor Horsemanship $35 per session      Barrel Lessons $55 per session 

  • Advanced Lessons $75 per session

SUMMER CAMP

​

  • $600 per camper for 5 Days (this will be for lesson students)

    • $250 deposit due at sign up

    • Balance due on first day of camp

Experience Old Florida on our riding and hiking trails and hone your riding skills on our ever-expanding course.

Stables & PADDOCKS

Our annex barn offers covered space your horse, we also have guest pastures for our members to book for overnight stays. 

ONSITE LODGING

As a member, you'll have access to lodging opportunities like camp sites and cabins for the night...or for the weekend.
