Annual membership dues for the Ranch at Traders Hill are as follows:

  • $100 for individual membership

  • Add additional member $25

Cabin Rental

Suites and Yellow House Rental

  • $200 (member)

  • $250 (nonmember)

 

Clubhouse Rental

  • $250 (member)

  • $300 (nonmember)

 

Exclusive Weekend Facility Access (by appointment only)

  • $10 per horse on the facility

 

RV Hook Ups (Water & Electric)

  • $25 per night

 

RV Hook Ups (Water, Electric, & Sewer)

  • $30 per night

 

Stalls and Guest Paddocks

  • $25 per night

Saddle Series (4D Format)

  • $50 Individual Membership Fee

  • $75 Family Membership Fee (Optional- 5 People Max.)

  • $35 Open (Per Adult Rider)

  • Payouts:

    • $1,000 added with 100 riders

    • $750 added with 75 riders

    • $500 added guaranteed

  • $25 Open (Per Youth Rider)

  • Payout:

    • $200 added

  • $15 Open (Per Pewee Rider-12 years old and under)​

 

Ride Nights Series

  • $50 Individual Membership Fee (Optional)

  • $75 Family Membership Fee (Optional- 5 People Max.)

  • $10 Entry Fee Per Member (Cash Only)

  • $15 Entry Fee Per Nonmember (Cash Only)

 

Hot Heels Series

  • $50 Individual Membership Fee (Optional)

  • $75 Family Membership Fee (Optional- 5 People Max.)

  • $10 Entry Fee Per Member (Cash Only)

RIDING LESSONS

  • Riding Lessons $55.00 per hour

    • Average of $220 a month for one lesson weekly

    • Average of $440 a month for two lessons weekly
       

  • Advanced Barrel Racing Lessons / Program $70.00 Per Hour

    • Average of $280.00 a month for one lesson weekly

    • Average of $560.00 a month for two lessons weekly

PONY RIDES

  • Pony Rides $40.00 per 30 min

    • Average of $120 a month for one lesson weekly

    • Average of $240 a month for two lessons weekly

SUMMER CAMP

Basic/Intermediate Level Riding Camp

  • $400 per camper for 5 Days

    • $50 deposit due at sign up

    • Balance due on first day of camp

Advanced Level Riding Camp

  • $400 per camper for 4 Days

    • $50 deposit due at sign up

    • Balance due on first day of camp
