Horseback riding and horsemanship lessons at The Ranch at Traders Hill are not just about learning how to ride a horse, but also about developing a deeper understanding and appreciation for these majestic animals. Our experienced instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge and love for horses with our students.
Our lessons cover a wide range of topics, including proper grooming and horse care, riding techniques, and horse behavior. We believe that a strong foundation in horsemanship is essential to becoming a skilled and confident rider. By learning how to care for and communicate with horses, our students develop a deeper connection with these amazing animals and gain a better understanding of their needs and behaviors.

LESSONS PRICING
Haul In Lessons (these are one on one):
Outdoor Horsemanship $45 per session.
Barrel Lessons $65 per session
In House and Lease Lessons (these are for boarders looking for one on one help with their own horses or for the students who are leasing on of our horses and are looking to progress in our out of the arena):
Outdoor Horsemanship $35 per session
Barrel Lessons $55 per session
Advanced Lessons (For experienced riders not ready to buy or lease but plan to when they are confident on the ground, in and out of the arena) - $75 per session
*Includes ride time, tacking up and taking care of the horse.
TRAIL RIDING
Trail rides are a wonderful way to bond with your house and to enjoy old Florida, and The Ranch at Traders Hill offers an unforgettable experience for our members to be able to enjoy our beautiful trails.
In addition to being loads of fun, trail rides also provide a unique opportunity for riders to develop important skills like balance, coordination, and confidence.
